The ALD Suites - Covering and Control

The covering fabric is systematically cut with a margin, turned and stapled : the real finishing touch of an upholsterer.

- The cushions of the backs and seats are held in place by détachable zip closures which assure homogeneity to the entire product.

- At the placement of the zip closures, all the fabrics are oversewn, allowing for an impeccable opening procedure.

- Tack-by-tack posing of aged brass tacks, or piped finishing.

All of our fabrics can be anti-stain treated upon request.

- Before tinting them, our seat frames are all checked and sanded - At each step of fabrication, auto-verification guarantees the quality of each product being made. - Before each shipment, the seat is regulated on a surface plate.
