Finishing

The woodwork is aged by hand. Up to 12 operations are necessary to reproduce the aging of the past.
ameubl07.jpg (9980 octets) - toning (with a water toner assuring an aging of great quality), undercoating, stretching, patina, aging, varnishing, rubbing, waxing and polishing.

- It is given an antique patina with stains, bumps and scratches, then waxed with beeswax and  polished by hand.
